College level degree in electrical field or experience as a or Journeyman Lineman or Journeyman Electrician experience or other related Electric Utility experience.

- Must live within reasonable distance of headquarters. Reasonable distance is defined as one (1) hour for Metro and State Region locations.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct research and perform basic data analyses to troubleshoot, resolve, and effectively communicate outage issues
- Have the flexibility for on-call assignments and be available to work extended hours in a 24/7 environment
- Must be able to differentiate between colors
- Must possess the ability to perform under stressful conditions
- Have the flexibility for occasional out of town assignments
- Must possess the ability to maintain focus on department objectives in order to maximize safety, customer service, reliability, productivity, and efficiency.

**Eligibility**:
Must live or relocate within reasonable distance to the headquarters. Reasonable distance is defined as one (1) hour for Metro and State Region locations. Reasonable distance for **Troublemen, Local Representatives, and Substation Technicians** is defined as thirty (30) minutes for Metro locations and forty-five (45) minutes for State Region locations.
