Paid Search Manager

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement paid search strategies to drive traffic and conversions for our clients' websites.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant keywords and optimize campaigns.
- Create and manage paid search campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to improve ROI.
- Collaborate with the SEO team to align paid search efforts with organic search strategies.
- Utilize tools such as DoubleClick, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics platforms to track and measure campaign performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid search marketing.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance to clients and internal stakeholders.

**Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing paid search campaigns for healthcare or digital marketing agencies.
- In-depth knowledge of paid search platforms, including Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with media planning and buying is a plus.
- Familiarity with conversion optimization techniques and A/B testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
