Mentors team members of the Web UI-UX team to ensure quality results are being achieved, ensuring department adherence to standards and high-level service is provided to business line and partner clubs. Working with the E-Business team, the Web UI-UX Manager oversees advanced A/B testing programs and high-level automated personalization campaigns, as well as ensuring all content elements meet current UI-UX standards and best practices. Focuses on delivering personalized experiences to all members visiting our digital properties based on interests/actions and member/third-party data with expansion to omnichannel optimization. Ensures that the Web UI-UX team is meeting the needs of both internal business lines as well as partner clubs from a quality and agility perspective while maintaining a consistent look and feel throughout all digital properties and clubs.

**What you will do**:

- Mentors team members of the Web UI-UX team to ensure quality results are being achieved, ensuring department adherence to standards and high level service is provided to business line and partner clubs. Promotes a growth and learning environment through educational opportunities and new challenges. This includes regular one-on-one, side-by-side coaching sessions, administering performance reviews, etc. Handles any employee relations issues within the team, escalating when necessary.
- Oversees implementation of existing and new technologies centered around advanced web testing, personalization, segmentation (rule-based and machine learning-based audiences) and Al-based digital experiences using tools such as Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics and Adobe Experience Platform. Collaborates to improve and expand on high-performing omnichannel experiences. Establishes and maintains partnerships within AAA Northeast stakeholders and other Clubs within the AAA Federation on optimization program advocacy and support. Partners with the Director, Digital Optimization on strategy and goal development.
- Continually reviews and optimizes the business and workflow processes within the Web UI-UX team to ensure key metrics are being achieved around testing and personalization volume, business performance and member satisfaction, and overall year over year conversion rate optimization. Develops and provides performance reporting on key metrics.
- Proactively develops A/B tests using Adobe Enterprise Solutions with both hands-on and consultative idea generation and test development using digital best practices, competitor reviews and analysis of site trends in Adobe Analytics. Requires the use of development tools and skills including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.
- Works with the Web UI-UX team, product owners, digital content producers, analytics, QA coordinators, business lines, and marketing stakeholders to effectively launch additional A/B tests, personalization tactics, and related omnichannel experiences to enhance the member experience.
- Analyzes (using Adobe Analytics) and identifies trends (business performance, revenue, conversion rates, Qualtrics member satisfaction scores, etc.) in content and customer support cases. Identifies root causes and recommends process and policy improvement to improve user experience.
