Job Summary:


As a Senior Graphic Designer, your role will directly contribute to the growth of our e-commerce sites through dynamic and creative user experiences. From ad creatives, video, and photography to strategic marketing content, the assets you produce will drive engagement, customer interaction, and ultimately shorten the sales cycle to acquire new customers.


You'll report to the Senior Creative Director for both large and small tasks. Your creativity can be templated to scale the ideation of digital concepts, while also being specialized enough to create engaging hero content that differentiates our brands from our competitors.


Your experience makes you one of our experts on camera, in post-production, and across creative and marketing platforms. Adobe Illustrator, Lightroom Classic, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, and Figma are always open on your desktop. You have a sharp attention to detail and you’re consistent in your approach to design.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Design email marketing templates for newsletters and email automations. Plus, if you have experience in Klaviyo.
  • Capture video and photography for e-commerce sites, emails and ad creatives.
  • Update UX files for new key account custom stores and pop-up microsites.
  • Design sales and marketing collateral, presentations and key customer facing assets.
  • Deliver quick-turn creatives in addition to large-scale planning that supports brand development.
  • Organize and design creative assets for print materials and event collateral.
  • Template content creation to scale across screens, surfaces and marketing initiatives


Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ Years of Graphic Design Experience
  • A demonstrated understanding of design strategy and user experiences.
  • A relevant portfolio showcasing your design concepts and their application at scale.
  • The ability to think conceptually and creatively on the fly.
  • Experience leading Adaptive design projects, including large-scale design systems, digital rollouts, and final art.
  • Expertise in digital applications and e-commerce branding.
  • Photo / video studio experience, planning and post-production.
  • Strong conceptual and time management skills.
  • An understanding of print production, decoration methods and finishes.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills (written and verbal).
