Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven Cable Sales Representative inside of the BJ's Super Store to join our team. As Inside Cable Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales, providing excellent customer service, and closing sales in person at location/over the phone/during outside sales events, this is a great opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales and a desire to grow their career in a fast-paced environment.
CABLE/NTERNET SERVICES SOLD WILL BE SPECTRUM, OPTIMUM, DIRECT TV, FIOS, AND AT&T MOBILE
There will be employee product knowledge trainings weekly
**Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers based on their needs
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals
- Upsell additional products or services to increase revenue
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and strategies for growth
**Skills**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in Cable Sales
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building rapport and trust
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to upsell and close sales effectively
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques and strategies
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,400.00 per week
Expected hours: 40 per week
Shift:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Ability to Commute:
- White Plains, NY 10607 (required)
Ability to Relocate:
