As a Mailroom Clerk/Receptionist at Menutech Inc., you will play a pivotal role in managing the front desk reception area and ensuring the smooth operation of the company's mailroom. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, while also handling incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Your ability to provide exceptional customer service, multitask effectively, and maintain a well-organized workspace will be essential to your success in this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive and sort incoming mail, packages, and deliveries. Distribute mail to the appropriate recipients or departments in a timely manner. Process outgoing mail and packages, ensuring accurate addressing and proper postage.
- Accept deliveries from couriers and vendors. Log packages into the tracking system and notify recipients of their arrival. Ensure that packages are stored securely until they are collected by the recipients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the mailroom and reception area. Arrange mailroom supplies, equipment, and storage areas for efficient operation. Monitor inventory levels of shipping materials, envelopes, and postage stamps.
- Provide assistance and support to employees, visitors, and clients regarding mail services, shipping inquiries, and general office information. Address any concerns or issues related to mail delivery or reception services promptly and professionally.
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents. Coordinate meeting room reservations and assist with scheduling appointments as needed.
- Implement security measures to safeguard the office premises and mailroom area. Monitor access to the building and ensure that only authorized individuals enter the facility. Enforce security policies and procedures to protect company assets and personnel.
- Collaborate with colleagues in administrative support, facilities management, and other departments to coordinate office services and support company operations. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless coordination of tasks and responsibilities.

Pay: $31.25 - $33.72 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
