**Responsibilities**

**As a Parts Salesperson at WCTractor, you'll engage with customers daily, working as part of our dynamic sales team to meet their needs and provide valuable information.**

**Key responsibilities include**:

- **Greet customers and assist them in finding the parts they need, offering answers, product education, and maintenance advice.**:

- **Help manage inventory, ensuring all parts are properly stocked and displayed for optimal visibility and accessibility.**:

- **Address customer dissatisfaction creatively to maintain business, especially when dealing with backorders, damaged parts, or stock-outs.**:

- **Organize merchandise and update displays to reflect current inventory, sales, and promotions.**:

- **Calculate sales totals, factoring in discounts, store credit, promotions, and flash sales.**:

- **Label parts based on their function and price using established organization and documentation methods.**

**Qualifications**

**Minimum requirements include**:

- **A two-year degree or equivalent work experience.**:

- **The ability to quickly learn about a variety of parts.**:

- **A personable, friendly demeanor and excellent listening skills.**:

- **Three to five years of customer service experience (preferred).**:

- **Familiarity with stocking and organizing inventory (preferred).**
