Key Responsibilities
As a Parts Salesperson at WCTractor, you will engage with customers daily, working as part of our sales team to address customer inquiries and provide essential information.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Welcoming customers and assisting them in locating the parts they need, answering questions, educating them on product usage, and offering maintenance and installation advice.
- Supporting inventory management by ensuring all parts are accurately stocked and displayed for optimal visibility and accessibility.
- Addressing customer dissatisfaction creatively, especially in cases of backorders, damaged parts, or stock-outs.
- Organizing merchandise and participating in display modifications to reflect current inventory, sales, and promotions.
- Calculating sales totals, considering discounts, store credit, promotions, and flash sales.
- Labeling parts according to their function and price using established methods for organization and documentation.
Minimum requirements include:
- A two-year degree or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to quickly learn about a diverse range of parts.
- Personable, friendly demeanor with a willingness to listen.
- Three to five years of customer service experience preferred.
- Familiarity with inventory stocking and organization preferred.
