Import Operations Specialist

Overview:
We are seeking a bilingual English/Chinese speaker, eager to learn, and detail-oriented to join our team. As an Import Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our company. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

**Duties**:

- Manage day-to-day operations, communications, processes related to air & ocean shipments, customs brokerage, and domestic cargo.
- Manage business relationships and monitor performance to ensure quality and timely delivery of goods and services.
- Ensure accurate customer billing and agent invoicing.
- Handle quotation requests from operational partners, agents, and respond promptly.
- Work with our overseas contacts to resolve any issues.

**Requirements**:

- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Bilingual English/Chinese is required
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Pay: $33,600.00 per year
