The Children’s Circle is seeking a full time staffing coordinator who will be responsible for Onboarding cases and speaking with parents for our HCBS program.

LOOKING TO MAKE IMMEDIATE HIRE

Essential Functions
- Speak with parents and explain the program
- Provide support to parents throughout the intake process
- Collect documents needed for intake.
- Update tracking sheets with referrals
- Familiar with the HCBS program

Competencies:

- Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

**Requirements**:

- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Human Service or related field
- **1 year Intake or HCBS coordination experience required**

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
