Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent time management, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the coordination and management of construction projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project goals are met
- Create and maintain project schedules using software such as AirTable
- Monitor project progress and identify any potential issues or delays
- Prepare and distribute project documentation, including contracts, schematics, and blueprints
- Answer and Record Office Phone Communications
- Assist in the coordination of subcontractors and vendors
- Assist in tracking project expenses and maintain accurate records
- Support the project team in resolving any conflicts or disputes that may arise

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in construction project management software such as Air Table ( If not, we will train)
- Strong understanding of construction processes and terminology
- Knowledge of project scheduling techniques and tools
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

This is a full-time position offering competitive compensation based on experience. We also offer benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.

Pay: $22.55 - $24.87 per hour
