**Job description**

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic person who wants to make an impact through growing our team. We are a locally owned and growing Commercial Cleaning Company in the Fort Myers area seeking a highly motivated, positive and confident individual with excellent verbal and telephone communication skills to be our Recruiter/Hiring.

Adept computer skills required to maintain databases and to assist with marketing projects. Social Media posting, monthly newsletter and other duties as assigned.

This is a position is a full-time position. Professional office setting. Business hours are Mon-Fri 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

**We offer**:
**Salary**:$18.00 - $22.00 an hour, with the availability to go to salary in the future.

**Qualifications**:

- Must have excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Must have no fear of cold calling, rejection, or difficult conversations.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must be Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Must be able to able to accurately input data into our hiring system.
- MS Office Programs (word, excel, outlook, & power point).
- Manual dexterity to operate a computer (desktop, laptop and IPad) and other electronic equipment.
- Must have a proven track record of good communication & follow through.
- Be able to work with a team in a collaborative environment.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must care about quality and accuracy.
- Must have the ability to take legible handwritten notes when necessary.
- Must be willing to do data entry.
- Experience working in a HR department or familiarity with HR processes is a plus.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
