HH Staffing is currently seeking an experienced and bilingual Property Manager in the Fort Myers area.

This is a temp to hire work opportunity being offered through our staffing agency that could become permanent for the right candidate.

Work schedules are typically full time – 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday; must be available to work weekends as needed.

The Property Manager is responsible for all community operations, working towards maximizing occupancy levels and community values. This individual will effectively manage and coordinate personnel, activities, and resources in alignment with the objectives set by the Regional Property Manager and property owner. Additionally, the Property Manager will play a pivotal role in training the assistant manager to assume managerial duties when needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct all business in accordance with TMI policies and procedures, including Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other Federal and State laws.
- Financial management of the property, including budgeting, rent collection, and expense control.
- Oversee leasing and marketing efforts to maintain high occupancy levels.
- Supervise property maintenance and repairs, ensuring units meet quality standards.
- Handle resident concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Train, mentor, and manage on-site staff to ensure a high level of service.

Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- 3 years of experience in on-site property management, with at least 1 year as a Property Manager.
- Strong background in supervision with a proven track record of accomplishments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Work Hours: This is a temporary opportunity with potential to become a permanent salaried position with full-time hours. Must be available on weekends for staffing needs and emergencies.
