**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Specialist responsible for the accurate and timely processing of weekly payroll for our company. This role requires close communication with store managers to gather and verify attendance data, proficiency in Excel for payroll calculations, and experience with the Paychex system.

**Essential Functions and Basic Responsibilities**:

- Process weekly payroll, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes.
- Communicate with store managers to collect and verify attendance information.
- Collect, calculate, and input payroll data.
- Gather and verify timekeeping data for all employees.
- Manage other onboarding documents such as W-2/IT2104/ W-9 forms.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies by analyzing information and collecting necessary data.
- Provide accurate payroll information in response to inquiries.
- Maintain adherence to payroll policies and procedures.
- Uphold confidentiality and security of payroll operations.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure smooth payroll operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bi-lingual (English & Chinese) required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
- Excellent data entry and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Experience with the Paychex platform preferred but not required.

**Pay**:

- $18/h
