**Position**: Health Claims Advisor - Selling Health Insurance
**Location**: Tampa, FL
**Salary**: $79,5075 - $109,757 per year

**Responsibilities**:
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through the process of selecting the best health insurance plans to meet their needs.
- Educate clients on various health insurance options, benefits, and coverage details.
- Conduct thorough assessments of client requirements and provide personalized recommendations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused.
