As an **Onboarding Manager**, your pivotal role involves facilitating the swift onboarding and welcoming of every new office employee at Anchor Health. Your responsibilities will encompass direct interaction with all new employees and management, overseeing a seamless and expeditious journey from the initial employment phase to the conclusion of their 90 day introductory period. Within our team, we maintain a commitment to our work's importance while fostering a lively and enjoyable atmosphere in our office.

**Onboarding Manager Core Qualifications**:

- 1 year of experience as an HR Specialist/Onboarder
- Previous experience in home care not required
- Proficiency with technology including Microsoft Word/Excel
- Technology adaptability to learn new software for onboarding and training purposes
- Remain professional and composed under pressure
- Expert time management & multi-tasking skills
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM

**Onboarding Manager Core Responsibilities**:

- Be the main contact for new employees in onboarding, ensuring their credentials and desk are set up properly before their first day.
- Creating a "newcomer's club" for the new employees, addressing employment concerns and inquiries promptly.
- Create training protocol with each department to ensure the new employee has a positive experience.
- Follow up on all requirements for new employees including ensuring their training is complete and their fingerprinting is done.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date employment records to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Consistently conduct outreach and follow up for the first 90 days of the new employee's tenure.
- Cultivate positive, professional relationships with new employees and team members
- Respond swiftly to urgent situations, coordinating immediate solutions as needed.
- Provide relevant and quick updates as needed to leadership.

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
