Scheduling Coordinator-medical Aesthetics

**Responsibilities to include and are not limited to**:
Excell in customer service

Answering the phone with polished phone etiquette

Greeting and checking patients in and out

Re-affirming appointments

Filling any appointment openings

Pulling and filing charts

Preparing patients records, charts and forms

Following up with all failed, cancelled and unscheduled appointments
