Pay Range: $18.00 - $21.50

Shift: Day
- Monitor process and perform routine Quality Control c
- Interface with line supervision and production workforce on production and quality procedures.
- Maintain process and quality control documentation.
- Maintain current operation instructions and quality control procedures by updating as new information is given and providing input from the floor for these instructions and procedures.

**Qualifications**
- High school graduate or equivalent, college degree preferred
- Meat or poultry plant experience desirable
- Ability to read, understand and implement written instructions & procedures
- Proficient in basic math skills (calculators)
- Good communication skills and must be able to work effectively in a group setting
- Ability to work independently
- Able to make decisions regarding quality and wholesomeness of product
- Flexible hours and able to work in all three locations
- Be able to pass background check and drug test
