- Understanding of file sharing software (Media Shuttle, Aspera, Frame IO, Moxion, etc.)
- Proficiency in Mac, Windows, and Linux operating systems
- Technical knowledge of file compression formats and resolutions
- Experience with LTO tape backup software
- Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule to meet business requirements
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of digital cinema workflow, color spaces, camera types, and native camera file formats (preferred, but not required)
- Additional duties, as required and assigned
**Qualifications** Required Skills/Abilities**:
- Manage SAN storage and data movement for various projects
- Communicate directly with the producing team on multiple projects, keeping them updated as tasks are executed
- Interface with clients when providing timely and accurate notifications regarding file deliveries
- Archiving & restoring media to/from LTO, both internally and for client deliverables
- Assist with VFX pulls
