Coordinate and schedule HVAC service calls and installations.
- Dispatch technicians to service locations based on priority, location, and skillset.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, technician availability, and customer information.
- Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and other team members.
- Monitor and track technician progress to ensure timely completion of service calls.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Input labor hours and material against the job for invoicing purposes
- Review technician tickets and request parts from vendors based on needs of technicians/completed work ticket

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Dispatching: 1 year (required)
