As a Coordinator, you'll assist in program development, ensure compliance, conduct outreach, and manage intern/fellowship programs. Collaborate with our team to enhance processes and deliver impactful support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Program Support: Assist in implementing program designs and ensuring alignment with our mission.
- Budget Assistance: Monitor spending, ensure compliance, and support budget management.
- Intern Supervision: Facilitate orientations, mentorship, and professional development for interns.
- Agreement Maintenance: Update agreements, prepare reports, and ensure compliance.
- Administrative Support: Assist in day-to-day program operations and communication.

- Strong communication (written and verbal)
- Strong computer skills, familiarity with online databases and Google Docs, Microsoft Office, CRMs, etc.
- Ability to grasp competing fiscal and political factors influencing programs
- Knowledge of natural and cultural resource management issues (government agency culture knowledge is a plus)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment under pressure
- Willingness to travel a minimum of 10% of the time as necessary
