**What we want**

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate II to provide general information, administrative support, and customer service to multiple departments, programs or offices.

**Required Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three years of related experience in Customer Service

**Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others

**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**
- Provides general information, administrative support, and customer service to multiple departments, programs or offices.
- Greets customers and responds to difficult customer inquiries and complaints. Supervises daily service area activities.
- Provides training and advice to other support personnel
- Serves as an information resource for the department or office.

**Office Operations/Backup**
- Ensures adherence to policies and procedures within the department or office and assists in the development of office procedures.
- Makes recommendations for process improvement or administrative changes.
- Oversees service delivery for the department or office.
- Resolves customer problems and complaints.
- Compiles data to prepare correspondence, forms, reports or other documents.
- Provides backup office support for Dana
- Performs other duties as assigned.
