Venable LLP’s Technology & Innovation Group, Venable Blue Team, seeks a Program Manager, Operational Excellence who resides in the Chicago, Denver/Boulder, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, San Francisco, or Washington, D.C. regions. This is a remote position that may require an in-office presence, from time to time, at the local Venable LLP office as well as, the client sites. This is a non-attorney position.

The Analyst, Operational Excellence will be responsible for the continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives. This role will support cross-department collaboration by managing process workflow and systems improvement projects. The Analyst, Operational Excellence will drive cross-functional coordination and operational tasks designed to achieve program objectives. The work of the Analyst, Operational Excellence will be fast-paced, dynamic, and impactful.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Perform ad hoc analyses on various sets of data to identify trends and patterns as well as, make recommendations.
- Report program status including KPIs, insights, recommendations, and next steps.
- Manage task queues and track assignment across teams to drive necessary throughput by actively monitoring task workloads.
- Partner with key stakeholders to help ensure successful execution of end-to-end processes toward achieving group objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- B.A. or B.S. degree required; Master’s degree (or equivalent) preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience within strategy & operations, project management, product management, analytics, or related fields.
- Consistent track record to use collect, synthesize, analyze, and interpret both quantitative and qualitative data.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace required.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Excel Certified preferred.
- Six Sigma Certification preferred.
- Ability to consistently deliver quality outputs in a fast-paced environment, with an ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, highly determined, and results-oriented.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for both VP-level stakeholders as well as mid-level stakeholders.
- Executive presence and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across numerous stakeholders.
- Critical thinking and ability to perform well under pressure and ambiguous situations.
