Job Overview:
Seeking full-time Shop Superintendent Professional interested in pursuing a

career with a successful material handling equipment manufacturer. This position will be

at the facility in Decatur, IL

**Duties**:

- Oversee daily shop operations and production at a small manufacturing facility.
- Detailed planning and scheduling to meet or exceed ship dates.
- Project oversight / ensure specifications meet customer order
- Planning and ordering material for projects.
- Releasing projects to assure timely production.
- Help ensure projects are completed and ready to ship during the packaging
- process.
- Any other duties as assigned.

**Skills**:

- Use of Microsoft Windows operating system and Microsoft office.
- Ability to use read blueprints / Autocad specifications
- Exceptional relationship-building skills.
- High degree of reliability, honesty, and integrity.
- Motivated and ability to motivate others.
- Strong organizational skills with diligence.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass background check.

Pay: $62,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
