Customer Contact/service Coordinator

A long standing, reputable Window and Door Company is seeking a “highly” experienced Customer Contact & Service/Warranty Coordinator for its Rancho Cordova location. Reporting directly to the Operation’s Manager, this position will primarily address post installation customer communication and will schedule service and warranty work for new and existing clients.
- Facilitating customer communication post window/door installation
- Addressing installation issues post window/door installation
- Taking service calls, creating/facilitating cases and coordinating the service jobs
- Determining the needs of the client, the scope of the job, skill sets of technicians and the parts that are required for each individual job
- Understanding of the different product warranties and their terms
- Creating work orders for each job
- Quick response with resolution to the client’s concerns
- Writing Installation/Service Work Orders
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external customers
- Assisting other functions and team members when necessary

- Window and door knowledge preferred but not mandatory

- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and effectively facilitate moving target situations
- Superior interpersonal and client relation skills
- Strong computer skills and somewhat technology savvy
- 1 year customer service and customer communication

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
