**Position Overview**:
As a Chef Table Chef, you will be responsible for curating and executing personalized tasting menus for our discerning guests. You will work closely with our Corporate Chef to design menus that highlight seasonal ingredients, innovative techniques, and exceptional flavors. The Chef Table Chef plays a pivotal role in delivering an unforgettable dining experience, engaging with guests, and providing insights into the culinary creations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and execute tasting menus for Chef Table experiences.
- Source high-quality, seasonal ingredients and oversee their preparation with precision and care.
- Showcase culinary expertise through innovative techniques and presentations.
- Interact with guests, providing insights into the menu and enhancing their dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety standards and regulations.
- Contribute to menu development and participate in tastings and menu presentations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Chef Table Chef or similar role in a fine dining establishment.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and food presentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 per week
