Description:
**Position Summary**:
Work as part of a manufacturing team having responsibility for assembling, packing or painting an entire product or component of a product.

**Essential Responsibilities**:
1. Set up equipment

2. Work on paint line.

3. Perform quality checks on products and parts

4. Insert spindles into the painted metal motor housing tube and tighten using a cordless impact drill

6. Place painted metal tubes into a nesting fixture

8. Assemble of all tubes and securing the spindle in place using a cordless impact drill

9. Install the drive motor and plastic housing cover

10. Test the actuation of the lifting column using test equipment

11. Inspect and package columns

12. Palletize product

May perform any or all functions.

**Requirements**:
1. Must be 18 years old.

2. High school diploma or GED preferred. Will consider current high school student if they are 18.
