**Position Summary**
Mosner Family Brands is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehouse personnel and processes for incoming and outgoing fresh and frozen products. Must be able to work full-time Monday-Friday from 3:30a-1pm+.

**Responsibilities**
- Scheduling inbound appointments with vendors and third party carriers.
- Ensure that inbound products are sent to the appropriate departments for processing or warehousing. Communicate with the supervisors of those departments to ensure that they are aware of the products' arrival and location.
- Assign off-loaders to inbound trailers.
- Reconcile invoice and/or shipping manifest product count with physical product received. Communicate any discrepancies to the Buyer.
- Ensure that outgoing product is palletized, labeled (i.e. license plate with customer ID, PO, pallet count, temperature, etc.) and leaves our facility in good condition.
- Ensure that orders are put up accurately, aggregated (if on multiple pallets) and staged in the appropriate areas for loading.
- Assign a daily "late" shipper to handle any post-shift pick-up/deliveries.
- Oversee warehouse personnel and inventory control processes. Manage and assist in physical inventories. Spot-check employees' work for accuracy and communicate with the Ops/Accounting Teams in the office to reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper rotation of finished goods (i.e. FIFO). Continuously spot-check for errors in rotation.
- Oversee equipment distribution (i.e. pallet jacks) and daily upkeep (i.e. charging).
- Maximize warehouse pallet space by ensuring that pallets are consolidated, rotated, moved, slotted, etc.
- Ensure damaged products are mínimal and returns are put back into inventory for re-sale, re-worked or disposed.
- Supervise warehouse staff. Direct personnel to where they are needed throughout the day and ensure that staff is continuously productive and efficient.
- Maintain safety standards and warehouse cleanliness, such as the proper usage of equipment and creating regular warehouse cleaning schedules. Communicate any occurrence of damaged property to the Facilities Manager.
- Any ad hoc special projects as instructed by management.

**Job Qualifications/ Requirements**
- 5+ years of related warehouse experience.
- Food Service/Food Wholesale experience.
- Track record of successfully managing teams to be efficient, dependable and process-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Speak and write English (required) and Spanish (preferred).
- Lift boxes weighing more than 60 lbs.
- Eligible to work in the US.

**Compensation**
- $20.00-25.00/hr based upon experience and qualifications.
- Paid Overtime.

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
