Full Job Description

Are you passionate about social media and have a knack for capturing attention? Do you thrive in front of the camera, engaging with audiences and creating captivating content? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you We are currently seeking a highly motivated and charismatic individual to join our team as a Live Host.

In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with the audience and enthusiastically selling our products using our sales techniques through live video streams on Tiktok.

**Job Type**: Part time (Commission Based)

Schedule

Number of hours: 4-5 hours/day

Number of days: 4-7 days/week

Key Responsibilities:
Host live sales events on a regular basis, engaging viewers and promoting our products;
Write and/or memorize scripts and must plan and rehearse before the actual event.

Prepare products/items, setting up live room, and collaborate with the team to create and implement promotions and bundle deals

Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with viewers.

Provide accurate product information, service information and resolving product and service problems.

Interact with online customers and viewers, directly answers inquiries on product information, payment method and shipping process, suggesting information about other products and services during Live streams.

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

Study the product details and perform product demos.

Possess in-depth knowledge of the products being sold and other relevant projects.

Assist in planning content in product presentation and program flow for live streaming.

Shoot short videos for live teasers

Work with customer service on customer feedback and take actions needed to improve customer experience and sales

Collaborate with the team with tracking inventory and update stock levels as needed;
Qualifications:
Able to do live streams with a friendly and jolly personality.

Must be fun, lively, entertaining, social media savvy, and confident in front of a camera.

Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and confidently.

Talkativeness is a must We want someone who can keep the conversation flowing.

Good decision making skill

Positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure;
Ability to think creatively and come up with new ways to engage viewers;
Highlight the product features to guide viewers with their shopping needs

Boost engagement with online potential buyers during the live video broadcast

Flexible working schedule.

Organized, reliable, with good self management skills.

Strong Work Ethics/ Professional

Background in Live Selling is a plus

E-commerce experience is an advantage but not required.
