Marketing Specialist

**LOCATION**: Vista, CA

RotoCo LLC is seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth for our locations. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative thinker with a passion for marketing to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with associates to understand marketing objectives and develop tailored strategies to achieve set goals.
- Manage Google Local Service Ad accounts
- Create compelling content including copywriting, and multimedia assets to engage target audiences and enhance brand presence.
- Collaborate with the team on new branding and lead generation initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Plan, execute and monitor and track campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics.
- Work closely with cross-functional agencies including designers, developers, and advertisers to ensure seamless execution of projects.

**Required Experience/Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or PR, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey ideas and concepts.
- Creative mindset with a passion for developing innovative marketing solutions.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven track record of driving results and achieving measurable objectives.

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Pay**: 45,000-65,000

**Location/Schedule**:
Monday-Friday

RotoCo Corporate Headquarters - Vista, CA including occasional travel as requested by RotoCo.
