**Responsibilities**
- Perform night audit procedures to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and guest accounts
- Verify and balance daily revenue and expense transactions
- Prepare reports summarizing financial data for management review
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the overnight shift
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity or safety hazards
- Handle phone calls and reservations using our hotel's phone systems
- Provide exceptional guest service by addressing guest needs promptly and effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in night audit or front desk operations preferred
- Familiarity with hotel management software systems a plus
- Strong knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service principles
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in handling cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of guest relations practices in the hospitality industry
- Multilingual skills are a plus
