Front of House Team Member

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front of House Team Member to join our team. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell additional items
- Process payments using the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for the next guest
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Follow food safety guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment
- Helping washing FOH dishes
- Keep necessary certifications updated (TABC, FOOD HANDLER)

**Skills**:

- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure proper handling of food items
- Ability to upsell and promote additional menu items to enhance the customer experience
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and payment handling
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
