**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a Consultant with expertise in various areas such as dental management, HR, implementation of processes and procedures, strong working knowledge of medical and dental billing to provide professional consulting services to our clients in the healthcare industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in implementing best practices in dental reception, surgical assisting, billing and documentation.
- Utilize knowledge of medical and dental coding to support clients in optimizing their billing processes.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance operational efficiency and patient care.
- Conduct training sessions weekly meetings to educate clients on industry advancements.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous management in the healthcare field is must
- Familiarity with medical and dental terminology.
- Previous exposure to dental receptionists and assistants is a plus
- Understanding of medical and dental coding principles and medical documentation requirements.
- Good communication skills required.
- Previous project management skills are considered a plus.
- Travel required to consulting client offices, travel covered by company.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
