Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Instructor to join our team. As an Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative lessons to students of various age groups. Whether it's teaching culinary skills, theater arts, or childhood development, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds and talents of our students.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students
- Provide guidance and support to students in their learning journey
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff members to enhance the learning experience
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into teaching practices
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in teaching or instructing in a relevant field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Experience working with students of various age groups (children, adults)
- Familiarity with curriculum development and lesson planning
- Passion for education and a desire to inspire others
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)

Note: All positions at our organization are paid, including internship positions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
