Billing Specialist

**Schedule Full-Time 40 hours (Monday - Friday - 8:00am - 4:30pm).**

The Billing Specialist is responsible for creating invoices for distribution to customers. They are responsible for overseeing the entire invoicing process and maintaining organized records to aid in reporting.
**Main Duties amp; Responsibilities**:
- Create invoices and billing materials for orders packed during all shifts and send out to customers.-
- Correct orders that 2nd shift was unable to pack due to errors with addresses (mainly nu orders and web orders)-
- Invoice Credit Card orders and charge Credit Card on file-
- Contact Customer Service Department regarding declined Credit Cards-
- Ensure that all Credit Card orders are charged and ready to ship-
- Process CC refunds for credit memos**Qualification Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication, including writing, speaking and active listening
- Great customer service skills, including interpersonal conversation, patience and empathy
- Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- In-depth knowledge of industry best practices
- Basic math
- Organization, time management and prioritization abilities
- Effective computer skills and ability to use Google suite/Microsoft Office.
