**Main Responsibilities/Functions**:
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website ranking, increase organic traffic, and enhance overall online visibility.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization and creation.
- Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headings, and URLs to improve search engine crawlability and indexing.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console to identify areas for improvement.

Website Traffic Generation:

- Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, engaging content that attracts and retains website visitors.
- Check website content and monitor website traffic metrics and user behavior to optimize conversion paths and improve user experience.

Copywriting:

- Ensure all copy is optimized for SEO and aligned with brand voice, messaging, and objectives.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop multimedia content that complements written copy and enhances engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven track record of improving search engine rankings, increasing website traffic, and driving conversions through digital marketing efforts.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research tools, and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling, SEO-friendly content for various digital channels.

**Working Conditions and Physical Requirements**:
There are prolonged periods of sitting, standing and working at a computer and on the phone with a headset. Traveling may be required.

Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour
