**Billing Specialist**

As a **Billing Specialist**, you will support Service Writers and Department Managers by managing the billing processes and communicating with our customers for billing needs.

**Billing Specialist Job Responsibilities**
- Handles all aspects of customer billing, including the generation and delivery of customer invoices from our billing system
- Report to and assist department managers for billing and customer needs
- Record and track customer interactions, transactions, and billing needs
- Communicate and assist customers through various channels
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Communicate billing details to Finance or other relevant managers as needed
- Other duties or tasks as requested by management

**Qualifications**
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
- Ability to work in a high performance, fast-paced team environment
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills
- Must be highly organized and work well under pressure. Must be able to work independently, as well as under supervision or in a team setting

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
