**Skills Required**:

- A proven track record with a minimum of 6 years of progressive management experience in a fast-paced managed services environment.
- Minimum of 5 years working in a hands-on management role, leading a team. Management skills include strategic planning, coaching, and mentoring.
- A record of demonstrating strong leadership abilities by developing a vision and delivering desired results.
- Ability to design and create product architecture
- Ability to design deployment architecture
- Ability to define the Non-Functional Requirements (NFR)
- Ability to design and code interface specifications and design
- Create and enforce development processes and standards that enhance the team's efficiency and the quality of the software deliverables
- Contribute to the design and coding of products.
- Full life cycle development experience: planning, engineering, project management, business development and project development skills, combined with excellent presentation, interpersonal and communications skills.
- Familiarity with the Agile development process and Agile project management tools like Scrum works, Rally, VersionOne, Jira agile
- Extensive experience using J2EE technologies (JMS, JDBC, JSF, AJAX), XML, WebLogic, Webservices, Oracle (database modelling), Hibernate, HTML5
- Knowledge or familiarity with mobile device platforms and technologies (iOS, Android, Win8)
- Experience identifying and utilizing design patterns (singleton, abstract factory, strategy, observable).
- Knowledge and experience with modern web UI technologies
- Proven experience on mobility platforms coupled with launching software-based solutions based off a core platform
