Job Description:
As a Project Coordinator (Technical Proposal Support) with our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our technical proposal development process. You will work closely with our project management team to prepare and review technical proposals, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with client requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Proposal Development: Assist in the preparation, editing, and formatting of technical proposals for construction projects, incorporating project specifications, scope of work, and technical requirements.
- Proposal Review: Review technical proposals to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client specifications, RFP/RFQ requirements, and company standards.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain proposal documents, including version control, file naming conventions, and document tracking.
- Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subject matter experts to gather technical information, develop proposal content, and address client inquiries.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance checks on proposal content, verifying technical accuracy, consistency, and alignment with company branding and messaging.
- Deadline Management: Manage proposal schedules and deadlines, ensuring timely submission of proposals and adherence to client timelines.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to gather information, resolve issues, and coordinate proposal development activities.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization in the proposal development process, implementing best practices and streamlining workflows.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in technical proposal support, preferably in the construction industry.
- Advanced English language skills, with proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to review and edit technical documents effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
