We are currently recruiting for an Credentialing Specialist. This position perform duties related to credentialing agency staff with private insurances and managed care organizations ; assist with other credentialing functions.

Job Duties:

- Responsible for providing data collection such as licenses and liability coverage, track and maintain provider information and credentialing documentation, and update databases and manage web portals.
- Provide education to staff on the credentialing process.
- Other duties as assigned.

Work Schedule:
We are recruiting for PRN (work as needed) positions.

Hours will be consistent with standard business hours (Monday-Friday)

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Must possess analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Possess the ability to interact with clients, coworkers, and the public in a pleasant, tactful and courteous manner.
- Must possess a strong ability to communicate with provider networks.
- Work experience in behavioral health/health in an administrative setting _**preferred.**_
- High school diploma or equivalent _**required.**_
- Associate degree in healthcare/business related field _**preferred**_

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Behavioral health: 1 year (preferred)
- Credentialing: 1 year (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Williamsburg, VA (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Williamsburg, VA: Relocate before starting work (required)
