Our main customers are retail grocery stores. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

**Responsibilities**:

- Advising the owner in creating and formulating policies related to accounting, human resources and other areas of management or administration.
- Vendor management, including maintaining relationships with suppliers and negotiating contracts
- Payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees
- Supervising office staff, providing guidance and support in their daily tasks
- Schedule management, coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Accounts receivable, accounts payable, bookkeeping, payroll, company taxes.

**Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years or more office management experience
- Excellent math skills related to bookkeeping
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,)
- Familiarity with phone systems and other office equipment
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
