Commercial Cleaning Supervisor

Milford, United States McGarr Service Corp. Full time

**24 hours evening schedule**

**6 nights per week - Monday to Friday 6:00PM to 10:00 PM and Saturday 4:30pm to 8:30pm.**

**Must have 2 to 3+ years supervisory/leader experience in custodial services or related field and experience in a union environment is preferred.**
- Lead by example by actively participating in cleaning duties alongside the team.
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning activities to ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and to company standards.
- Train and mentor cleaning staff on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met and address any issues promptly.
- Schedule and assign tasks to cleaning staff, ensuring coverage for all shifts.
- Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues related to cleaning services.
- Enforce health and safety regulations and procedures to create a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, including staff attendance and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement improved cleaning processes and procedures.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
