Day-to-day

A manufacturing company is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to work on-site in Milford, Connecticut.

The primary responsibility of this role is to direct and supervise the actions and functions of electrical technicians, electricians, and electrical apprentices in the production facility. This supervisor will be in charge of all aspects of the facility's electrical distribution system, including performance, maintenance, and modifications. Among these duties are the following: making sure the facility's telephone, alarm, and electricity distribution systems all operate safely and effectively. Additionally, creating and carrying out training plans, staffing strategies, and the apprenticeship program. This supervisor will be expected to maintain environmental, health, and safety responsibilities including participating in safety meetings, reviewing material data sheets, and escalate safety related issues to supervisors. Lastly, you will be responsible for quality assurance responsibilities. If you are eager to lead a wonderful team in the manufacturing space, this could be the role for you
