Assistant Community Manager

**Job Overview**:
As an Assistant Community Manager for Vistoso, you will provide support to the Community Managers which includes assisting homeowners and performing other administrative duties to ensure we deliver exceptional services and solutions that enhance the value of the property and the lifestyle of the residents.

**Compensation**: $23-26 per hour, based on experience

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Perform general administrative tasks (service requests, architectural requests, tracking deposits, process payments)
- Oversee all Architectural submittals, reviews and approvals
- Oversee three committees and work alongside committee members (communications committee, landscape and review committee, architectural committee)
- Assist and follow up with homeowners, board members, and vendors
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite, friendly and professional manner
- Be knowledgeable of governing documents, rules and regulations
- Escalate issues as needed
- Assist with meeting preparation
- Assist in organizing community events and related materials
- Conduct routine compliance inspections and track violations
- Coordinate key fob set up and amenity access
- Additional duties may be included as assigned

**Education and Experience**:

- 2+ Years of customer service experience required
- HOA and/ or property management experience highly preferred

**Physical** **Requirements**:

- Walk and move throughout the community common areas and facilities
- Sit and stand for moderate periods of time
- Sit at a desk using a computer in an office setting

**Work Location**: Rancho Vistoso Community Association; 1171 E Rancho Vistoso Blvd #103 Oro Valley, AZ 85755

**Work Hours**:Monday - Friday, 9a - 5p with some evenings and weekends as needed.

**Travel Requirements**:Some local travel with use of personal vehicle.
