**Responsibilities**

**Job Title: Anesthesia Technician**

**Department**:ASC Administration**

**Job Type: Full Time**

**Salary Range: $41,880 - $51,725 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)**

**Qualifications**

**Education**

Required:High School Graduate or GED from an accredited program

Preferred:Completion of an anesthesia technician training program approved by the American Society of

Anesthesia Technologists and Technicians (ASATT).

**Experience**

Required: 2 years working as an anesthesia technician (AT).

Preferred: 2-5 years working as an anesthesia technician

**License(s)**

Required:BLS through American Heart Association

Preferred:Certified Anesthesia Technician

**Special Skills**

Required:Ability to think critically; strong verbal communication skills; detail oriented and accurate.

Ability to multi-ask and manage time well.

Performs functions independently.

Excellent customer service skills.

Proficient in the operation and decontamination of anesthesia equipment

Preferred:N/A

**Other**

Required:Basic computer knowledge

Preferred:Microsoft Word

**Working Environment**:Office, Ambulatory Service Center
