**HR Generalist**

**Position Overview**: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions and initiatives, contributing to the overall success of our organization. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with multiple departments, manage employee relations, and collaborate and implement HR policies and procedures that align with our company values.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Recruitment and Onboarding**:
- Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other talent sources to support staffing needs.
- ** Employee Relations**:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or grievances and recommend appropriate actions in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Promote a positive work environment by fostering open communication and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- ** Performance Management**:
- Support the performance management process by assisting managers with goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
- Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on performance-related issues, including feedback and performance improvement strategies.
- ** HR Administration**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and HRIS data.
- Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and other HR-related tasks as needed.
- Prepare and distribute HR communications, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and understanding across the organization.
- ** Compliance and Legal**:
- Stay current on federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with all applicable requirements.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks and promote a fair and equitable workplace.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, and HR administration.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, EEO, and FLSA.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
