**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Generate and follow up on leads to create a strong sales pipeline
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
- Conduct roof inspections and provide accurate estimates
- Present and sell our roofing services to both residential and commercial customers
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Participate in training programs to continuously improve your sales skills and product knowledge

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in outside sales or a related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Aptitude for building and maintaining customer relationships
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred

Compensation:

- 100% commission based pay
- 10% commission off the top of residential roofing jobs
- Commission for commercial roofing jobs is TBD based on job size

Pay: $75,435.00 - $82,560.00 per year
