HR Program Analyst

In this role, you will:

- Process all Request for Personnel Actions, including recruitment, awards, reassignments, and separations that result in the issuance of Notices of Personnel Action or Standard Form 50 (SF50).
- Lead recruitment efforts to fill vacant positions using standard hiring practices and advise hiring managers on the best hiring or appointment authority to use in filling vacant positions.
- Create and maintain metrics of workforce demographics used in organizational briefs. Assesses workforce demographics and advises management on the results to be used in strengthening the diversity of the organization.
- Serve as the PEO’s central point-of-contact for command-wide data calls requiring responses. Informs senior leaders on the nature of data calls, coordinates responses and reports results to leadership.
- Evaluate the manpower needs of each program office, make position management recommendations, and analyze internal processes as they relate to workforce strategy and billet control, and process all personnel actions for Team Submarine.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A Bachelors of Science or Bachelors of Arts degree in Business Management, or a technical field (with commensurate experience).
- Five to seven years experience.
- A current or active DoD Secret security clearance, or the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.
- Experience with MS Teams and MS Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
- The ability to travel at least 10% of the time.

Additional desired experience and skills require that you be able to possess:

- The skill in management within recruitment operations.
- Experience in human resource hiring systems, human capital management systems, and/ or applicant tracking systems.
- The ability to gather, assemble, correlate, and analyze facts and information; identify problems or issues; draw conclusions; and make recommendations consistent with the organization's work methods, procedures, and management control systems.
- The ability and skill in recommending program changes or corrective actions to organization's leadership to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness in the execution of assigned operating programs.
