**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the insurance payment deposit logs and daily reporting
- Prepare census reports for review prior to sending to billing department for processing
- Reconcile program accounts with the billing department
- Perform Billing Clerk duties and coordinate and perform account reconciliations
- Ensure all insurance billing correspondences are provided to the billing department
- Sort daily mail and provide to appropriate departments in a timely manner
- Perform data entry and administrative tasks as needed
- Other Duties:
1. Assist with preparing policies and procedures for Compliance and Operations

2. Assist with schedules and other administrative duties for the Executive team

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in medical billing or related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) levels of care preferred
- Understanding of medical terminology and coding (ICD-10, CPT) preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance preferred.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
