**Location**: TA Lowery Elementary School

Schedule**:AM-6am-9am PM 3pm-6pm**

**As an AlphaBEST **_Captain_**, you'll be trained to do the following**:

- Lead a fun and dedicated team of _Guides_ that deliver excitement to our student _Explorers_ in fitness, the arts, technology, and more
- Work collaboratively with peers and the Leadership Team to manage all aspects of the program site.
- Train AlphaBEST _Guides_ on how to lead adventurous tasks that ignite children's sense of wonder.
- Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing clubs that build on students' interests and talents.
- Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, parent, and school relationships are fostered at your program site.

**Here's what you'll need**:

- Must have 1 year childcare experience in a child care center or child care setting.
- Must be at least 21years old
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
- Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by state childcare licensing regulations
- Provide proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing standards
